Love it but need a different size, color...? We're happy to exchange within 7 days of Delivery and as long as the item is In New Condition, Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged, with stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair will not be accepted for Exchange or Return.
- We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or pattern. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.
- Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for our Domestic US & Canadian Customers.
Need to return an unworn item? Yes you can! We're happy to accept the return and send Refund of your order ( Excluding shipping fees) within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged, with stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair will not be accepted for Exchange or Return. once we receive your order, we will refund the price of your ordered products.
Shipping fees to return your items to us for an exchange or a return must be paid by the customer.
