Need to return an item?

we Need to be Contacted within 7 days of delivery. We're happy to accept the return and send Refund of your order ( Excluding shipping fees) within 7 days of delivery. All returned items MUST be in new, and unwashed condition. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged, with stains, visible wear, smells, or Animal hair/Human hair will NOT be accepted for Exchange or Return.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees of $8.5 + ($3.5 restocking fees per item ordered).

once we receive your order, we will refund the price of your ordered products Minus the shipping fees of $8.5 + ($3.5 restocking fees per item ordered)

 We do not Accept returns of Jewelry.

Exchange:

Love it but need a different size, color...? We're happy to exchange within 7 days of Delivery and as long as the item is In New Condition, Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged, with stains, visible wear, smells, or Animal hair/Human hair will not be accepted for Exchange or Return.

  1. We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or pattern. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.
  2. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees of $8.5 + ($3.5 restocking fees per item ordered)
  3. Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for our Domestic US & Canadian Customers.
