RETURNS:

Need to return an item?

we Need to be Contacted within 7 days of delivery. We're happy to accept the return and send Refund of your order ( Excluding shipping fees) if we are contacted  within 7 days of the order  delivery date. All returned items MUST be in new, and unwashed condition. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged, with stains, visible wear, smells, or Animal hair/Human hair will NOT be accepted for Exchange or Return.

Return Shipping fees Must be paid by the customer + ($3.5 restocking fees per item ordered).

Customer need to provide us with the tracking number of the returned package

once we receive the package we will check the content and must comply with the conditions mentioned above, then we will refund the price of your ordered products Minus ($3.5 restocking fees per item ordered)

 We do not Accept returns of Jewelry.

 We Only Accept returns of orders placed within USA and CANADA.

Exchange:

Love it but need a different size, color...? We're happy to exchange within 7 days of Delivery and as long as the item is In New Condition, Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged, with stains, visible wear, smells, or Animal hair/Human hair will not be accepted for Exchange or Return.

  1. We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or pattern. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.
  2. Return Shipping fees Must be paid by the customer + ($3.5 restocking fees per item ordered).
  3. Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for our Domestic US & Canadian Customers.
